Utility Billing and Airport Customers

In order to access the portal, you will need to register. Please have both your account number and customer number handy when you register. Both numbers are located on your statement.

If you have already registered, just enter your login information.

A Customer Service Representative is available to assist with utility service requests and both airport and utility billing inquiries Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (except for holidays recognized by the Town of Addison) and may be reached at (972) 450-7081. If you experience a leak or damaged line(s) please call (972) 450-2871. All after-hour utility emergency calls should be directed to (972) 450-7156.
